We recently moved my mom into Fellowship Village after she received excellent care in the skilled nursing unit. Fellowship Village has an amazing group of employees who go above and beyond to care for the residents and it really shows. My mom was very resistant to moving, but she is really enjoying her new apartment, says the food is great, enjoys the other residents and loves the staff that take good care of her. We are so happy we made the decision to move her.

My mother had two stays in Fellowship Village’s rehab in the fall of 2025. It was a godsend for her and for me at such a critical time. She came home stronger and healthier. It was an enormous source of support for me. Their care was excellent. Sending my best regards and many thanks to Household 101!
As a female stroke victim, I went toFellowship, Village Outpatient Rehab For six months. Prior to that I was in their subacute care for about three weeks. Rachel, my OT physical therapist was a mentor, encourager, Friend and professional par excellance. I progressed from hardly being able to use my left arm and hand at all to having almost full use of it again. She customized all our OT sessions and knew exactly what exercises I needed to improve. Rachel could not have been more helpful to me. I am eternally grateful for her. Morgan and Michele and Nila and Cory were always there giving me smiles and encouragement. I highly recommend this facility.
A family member recently spent time in sub-acute care at Fellowship Village. The community is very clean and beautiful, with numerous spaces for patients to spend time outside their rooms. All of the team members we encountered were responsive and caring. There were daily visits from a very attentive geriatrician and the nurses and care partners were friendly and responsive. The food is very tasty and served promptly. Everyone, from the admissions director and social workers to the PT and OT teams made my family member's stay as pleasant aand productive as possible. Fellowship Village was the right choice for us.
Our mother came to the Assisted Living Community at Fellowship Village to live out her final days. Fellowship Village provided her compassionate care and created a peaceful and comfortable home. We are so grateful for an option to in-home care which enabled us to spend the most quality time with her making memories and having a few laughs without the worry and stress of managing on our own.
