The staff at Woodview are very accommodating. They are very friendly and understanding. One in-particular person, Mackenzie, made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
This place is absolutely amazing. Starting with the clinical staff. Resident care director Belinda has been there and tag teams with Director of nursing Joe in providing exceptional clinical care. Mackenzie the business office manager is a firecracker in a positive way. Her energy is out of this world. Katie the marketing director from the second you tour sets the tone for the whole building! Derrick the chef with his amazing food! Elaine with the great activities and is a wizard for finding the best entertainment! Let’s not forget about Aaron the maintenance director who is willing to fix your tv the second it breaks. And lastly Madison; who takes so much pride in running that building as if she had her own family in there. Great experience.
The best facility around! The kindness and love that the executive director shows for the residents is outstanding and heart warming to say the least. It’s incredible how dedicated she is to maintaining the highest level of care for everyone. She treats everyone as family and it creates an overall very comforting and welcoming environment. It’s hard sometimes with these facilities, but not Woodview! If you are looking for a space, this is it.
Absolutely Exceptional Care I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home care facility. From the moment we walked through the doors during our tour, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, compassion, and genuine care. I was touring the facility for my grandmother, and naturally, finding a place where she would feel safe, respected, comfortable, and truly cared for is incredibly important to me. Every person we encountered was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. The environment felt clean, peaceful, and inviting, but what stood out most was the way the staff spoke about the residents with dignity, respect, and what felt like genuine affection rather than simply as people in their care. They took the time to answer every question we had and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. I left the tour feeling reassured that my grandmother would be surrounded by people who genuinely care about the well-being and quality of life of their residents. Choosing care for a loved one is an emotional and incredibly important decision, and this facility made such a beautiful first impression. You can tell when a place simply provides a service versus when a place truly cares—and this felt like the latter. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, compassionate, and loving home for their loved one. I am so grateful for the kindness and professionalism we experienced during our visit. ❤️
