I work for a retired doctor who lives at Arbor Terrace Mountainside. It is a beautiful community in a great location. Their Directors and the care team go above and beyond to ensure the well being of the residents. The Evergreen staff and the Director Ireyah are wonderful. The Excecutive Director, Nick is very friendly and involved throughout the community. The residents are engaged, the community is clean and some day I could see myself at Arbor Terrace Mountainside. I recently toured this facility with my elder uncle. We were greeted at the front by Maryam Toler. She was very pleasant to us. She was also, very knowledgeable of the facility and the care my uncle would receive there. He loved the place right away which, shocked me because we have been touring assistant living spaces for a couple of months now. This one stands out from the rest it's clean and it feels really safe to both my uncle and I. It meets his care needs the best as well. -Habeebah R.
Arbor Terrace Mountainside is a beautiful and welcoming community. The Engagement Director Shanna-Kay was amazing, she’s very helpful and knowledgeable in her role and truly cares about the residents well-being. The environment looks very comfortable and welcoming making it feel like home. Overall it’s a great place that gives quality care and a peace of mind.
I’ve been considering Assisted Living options for a loved one and recently toured Arbor Terrace Mountainside, while visiting I had the opportunity to meet several directors and I must say, this being the fourth community I’ve visited - the experience here was different. The Executive Director is well versed in all things Assisted Living, their sales team - truly interested in my loved ones needs. Their nursing director- extremely l knowledgeable. In the coming months I look forward to transitioning my loved one to Mountainside.
My experience at Arbor Terrace has been nothing but amazing! I volunteer there to lead crochet classes with the residents, and they LOVE it! They are so kind and I enjoy spending time with them. The engagement director, Shanna-Kay, is so friendly and a joy to work with. I look forward to continuing volunteering here!
